 If the items from Oreliae do not meet your expectations, you have 30 days after receipt to return them to us, provided they are in new condition and in their original packaging. To return an item, please follow these steps:

Return Steps

  1. Write to us at: contact@oreliae.com and provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Prepare the return package by carefully packing the products in their original packaging and box. Include the invoice or delivery note. To be accepted, the products must not have been used.
  3. We will send you a free prepaid return label, which you can stick on the package.
  4. Keep the proof of shipment as evidence in case of dispute or loss by the postal services.
  5. You will be notified by email as soon as your return package is received. We will then refund the amount of the returned products to your bank account within 7 working days. You may also request an exchange instead of a refund.
